Temporary Reservations
Rooms are reserved for a maximum of 5 days temporarily, depending on the arrival date. If no payment is made, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
Changes to your booking
You can only change your booking by email: info@herberg-dikke-vriend.be. Send the email used to make the booking and always state your booking number!
If you wish to change the date, please request this by email 7 days before arrival.
If you have made a reservation for 1 person but are arriving with 2 people, please let us know and you can pay the difference (€10) on site. The same applies for a 3rd and 4th person in a four-person room. If you do not notify us in time, you will be charged €25 on site. If you arrive with fewer people than expected, please let us know in good time. For multiple nights, the difference will be refunded (-€10 fee).
Any discounts may no longer be valid when you change your booking, which means you may still owe an amount.
Reservations made via booking.com must be modified via booking.com itself by the person who made the reservation or via booking.com's customer service department.
Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made by email. You can cancel up to 7 days before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10€. You can cancel up to 4 days before arrival and you will be refunded half of your stay. You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 4 days before arrival. If you do not show up (no show), the full reservation price will be charged. During holidays and holidays, cancellation up to 14 days before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10€, up to 1 week before your arrival you will get half of your stay back. You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 7 days before your arrival.
